Kevin Dier

Based in the Pacific Northwest

After four decades in the trenches of industrial distribution and twenty years shaping leaders across the HVAC industry, Kevin has learned one truth; growth is never just about business. It’s about people. It’s about courage. And it’s about finding a way forward when the path isn’t obvious.

As the founder of My Bigger Game and Waymaker Coaching, Kevin brings a rare blend of operational experience, leadership psychology, high-performance coaching, and deeply human storytelling. He trains, coaches, and facilitates for leaders and teams who want to raise their standards, sharpen their focus, and build cultures where people rise – not because they’re pushed, but because they’re inspired.

Kevin’s work integrates EOS/Pinnacle disciplines, NLP, neuroscience, MBTI, and 40 years of real-world leadership. He has coached executives, developed multi-week leadership academies, and facilitated hundreds of planning sessions, always with the same intention: ignite clarity, unlock potential, and create meaningful forward movement.

His own journey – from raising two children as a single father, to climbing the tallest peaks in North America, to transforming his health and training for triathlons – fuels the passion he brings to every room. His life is proof that reinvention is always available, resilience can be built at any age, and the boldest life is the one you choose on purpose.

Kevin lives in Oregon City, finds joy in photography, endurance sports, travel, and adventure, and is driven every day by his mission:  To help people reach for what matters most and rise into who they were meant to become.
